First a crash near Exit 9, now a disabled vehicle is slowing your morning commute.

A pair of incidents has your morning commute into Albany County going slower this Tuesday morning.
First an accident blocked the left lane around 7:30am near Exit 9, heading southbound. That incident has traffic slowed and backed up to Exit 10. But after that incident got cleared, a disabled vehicle was reported on the Northway heading southbound near Exit 8A.
So give yourself some extra time heading into work.
