UPDATED ON 3/6 at 11:50am -
Colonie Police are still investigating the brawl that took place on Wednesday night at Longhorn. They are currently trying to figure out how many people were involved and who the primary aggressor was. Colonie Police have also said that one person was hurt during the brawl, though their injuries were not life threatening. They are also looking into what the injured persons role was in the brawl.
Colonie Police were called to Longhorn Steakhouse on Wolf Rd. around 8:35 Wednesday night because a fight had broken out inside the restaurant. It was only a matter of moments before units were on the scene.
What they walked in to was chaos. Multiple people fighting, throwing chairs and smashing glasses.
What caused the fight? That's still under investigation but according to an eye witness, the initial fight was between someone picking up a to-go order and someone in the restaurant. We're not sure if that someone worked for Longhorn or they were a patron.
What we do know is that part of the chaos was captured on video.
