A new restaurant is apparently moving into the former TGI Fridays
Shake Shack may be coming to Stuyvesant Plaza, and it’s already generating buzz across the Capital Region. The Times Union says the popular burger chain is rumored to be taking over the former TGI Fridays space in Guilderland, though no official announcement has been made yet.
Shake Shack is known for its high-quality Angus beef burgers, crinkle-cut fries, chicken sandwiches, and frozen custard shakes. Right now, the nearest Shake Shack locations are at Crossgates Commons in Albany and Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
