Both will be renamed under a new brand
Glens Falls National Bank and Saratoga National Bank will become one. The two have been operating under a parent company called Arrow Financial Corporation, now bank officials say the merger has been finalized. Arrow Financial President David DeMarco tells News 10:
Years of research and careful planning have led us to this moment, where we are poised to enhance our strategic growth opportunities and provide an unparalleled customer experience.
The two banks will operate under the new name Arrow Bank.
The company says all branches will remain open and no staffing changes will take place.
