Racing season starts Thursday.
Even though we've already had a taste of horseracing with the Belmont Stakes in Saratoga back in June, racing season doesn't 'officially' start until July 11th - and we're almost there.
Tens of thousands plan out their summer to coincide with high-stakes thoroughbred racing at Saratoga. Many go to win money, some just to enjoy a day at the races, and a good amount go on the days where paid admission gets you a free commemorative item.
For 2024, the New York Racing Association has announced four giveaway dates during the racing season. With each paid admission, you can get one item on the selected dates, while supplies last.
Here are the days and items for this summer:
