Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Sara Evans, Tanya Tucker and more revive Dan Seals' Classics

Dan Seals is one of those voices from the 70s and 80s that needs to be put back in spotlight!  Now, in 2026, 17 years after his passing, his music is back as re-imagined duets. As some new fans are discovering his works for the first time, die-hard Country Music fans appreciate hearing his gems all over again.  This new star-studded collection of duets blends his voice, using extracted vocals from previously released tracks alongside modern-day artists from a wide variety of genres and generations. The album also gives fans a chance to rediscover hidden gems and forgotten favorites like 'They Rage On' (with Vince Gill) and 'Addicted' (with the Castellows).

Blake Shelton is thrilled to be included by bringing back 1988's 'Big Wheels In The Moonlight'! Shelton says: “Dan Seals is without question in my top five favorite country artists of all time. And I had a chance to meet him, I had a chance to write a song with him, so getting to know Dan was a bucket-3list thing for me. Getting to sing on this record with him was an honor, and it’s a shame that Dan’s gone now and I didn’t get to have that moment with him in the studio. But, I’m honored and I cherish the fact that our voices are now blended together on this record."

Dan first gained fame as "England Dan" in the pop-rock duo, England Dan & John Ford Coley. The pair dominated soft pop radio in the mid-late 70s with songs like 'I'd Really Love to See You Tonight', 'Nights Are Forever Without You' and 'Love Is The Answer.' When the duo disbanded, Dan tapped into his country roots. In 1984, 'God Must Be a Cowboy' gave him his first country top 10 hit- leading to eleven No. 1 Billboard country hits such as 'Bop,' 'Everything That Glitters (Is Not Gold)' and 'Meet Me in Montana,' featuring Marie Osmond. Although the 1986 CMA Vocal Duo of the Year winner by Dan Seals and Marie Osmond is not on the album, Dan and Marie are re-united on his 1986 smash 'You Still Move Me'.

The album is full of creative collaborations with one of the standouts being 'God Must Be A Cowboy', as it features the son of Country Music Cowboy Chris Ledoux, Ned Ledoux!
