There are now multiple agencies involved in the search.

The search for Anthony Bechand is now about a week old and there are still no signs of where he is. Bechard is a suspect in the murder of his girlfriend, Amanda Rodriguez. Rodrigues was found murdered on Sept. 14th in here Cohoes home.

Last week his truck was located in Franklin County up near the Canadian Border. Authorities believe he abandoned the truck when he ran out of gas. While those involved in the search believe that Bechand may still be in Franklin County, his actual whereabouts is still a mystery.

There are now multiple agencies involved in the search, including both the New York State Police and the U.S. Marshall's Task Force. 

The U.S. Marshall's have put a $5000 reward up for information that leads to the location of Bechand. Authorities are asking anyone that may have camps, trail cameras, and or security cameras in Franklin County to please notify them if they have any information. They can be reached at (518) 897-2000

Bechand is 5' 11", weighs around 180 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair. State Police say that he should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, please do not try to apprehend him or approach him. You should notify authorities immediately!
