Only one remains in New York State
Friday's for dinner? Change of plans. The last standing TGI Friday's in the area closed its doors permanently on Thursday. The restaurant on Route 50 in Wilton was the only remaining location of the once popular chain, News 10 confirmed.
TGI Friday's in Clifton Park shut its doors earlier in October and their location at Stuyvesant Plaza closed in January. The restaurant chain has been shuttering dozens of restaurants nationwide as rumors circulate of possible bankruptcy.
The only remaining restaurant in New York State is located about two hours away in Yonkers.
No official word from Friday's execs on what the future holds for the restaurant chain.
