Looking for cheap office furniture in Albany or affordable tools and equipment? The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) now offers an ongoing surplus sale at its Campus Distribution Center in Building 18 at the Harriman State Office Building Campus.
This New York State Surplus store features items like desks, chairs, storage lockers, filing cabinets, electrical tools, and computers—many at deeply discounted prices. These items come from state inventory that didn’t sell after three weeks on the GovDeals auction site.
The Albany surplus sale is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (excluding holidays). It’s by appointment only, and all purchases must be taken home the same day.
