Although it doesn't come with any giraffes, zebras or alligators - the property once home to the Catskill Game Farm is now for sale. News 10 reports the 203 acre site can be yours for just shy of $3 million.
The park opened in 1933 and was in business until 2006 when they had to shut down due to tough financial times. Since then its sat mostly abandoned while many relics still remain on the property.
In 2019 a purchased the property and renovated the giraffe barn into a hotel called the Long Neck Inn.
